Improve Operational Excellence Through Scientific Analysis of Customer Behavior

May 23, 2023 – Women Who Code San Diego held a presentation by returning speaker Shweta Sharma!

Shweta talked about the scientific method to prevent unknowns that potentially lead to failures sooner or later. She focused on how different contributors participate in this analysis and the role of design in preventing and educating products about customer behavior. She also talked about how to gain insights into system behavior, detect performance bottlenecks, identify anomalies and respond proactively to incidents, reducing mean time to detect (MTTD), and reducing mean time to resolve (MTTR).
